What is it that brightens your day?

For most of us it’s the simple things; a trip to the shops, enjoying a cuppa with a friend at the local garden centre or maybe just a chat over a game of cards in the comfort of your own home.

Sounds perfect. But for many older people these activities can be trickier than you might think.

That’s where we come in.

Because at Viva Assist, brightening days is what we’re all about.

Who We Are

We are the friendly face at the door, that trusted arm to lean on, a breath of fresh air whenever you need it.

We give support to older people who may be lonely, or need some help maintaining their independence.

Where it may be difficult for a care provision or family member to be there, however much they want to, our team can step in to offer friendship and be a trusted point of support and reassurance for our clients, so they can continue to enjoy life in their own home.

What We Do

We are day brighteners.

And we brighten the days of our clients in whatever way we can.

But that can mean different things to different people.

For some it’s enjoying time together at home, playing a game or chatting about last night’s TV. For others it’s having company on a day out, getting help with the weekly shop or knowing someone they trust can accompany them on appointments.

Are you a social prescriber?

Do you have clients that you worry about? Someone who isn’t ready for full care, but could do with some support so they remain safe in their own home…

Do you support a family member?

Are you struggling to spend as much time with them as you’d like? Do you live further away and would like the reassurance that your relative is well looked after…

Does YOUR day need brightening?

Perhaps you’d love some companionship, someone to share activities or trips out with, or a friendly face to help with shopping, paperwork or appointments…

Why Viva Assist?

Our aim is simple – to brighten our customers’ day each time we visit them. But even more importantly, we want to help you, your family member or your vulnerable client feel happy and safe in their own home.

We understand how hard it can be to feel like you’re losing independence. When suddenly, getting out and about during the day isn’t as simple as it used to be.

Working within Chester and the Wirral, our lovely team are here to offer support and companionship whenever it’s needed.

Meet Eddie, my Dad.

He was a real character and my inspiration. 4 months after his brain tumour diagnosis he lost the fight.

We donate a percentage of our profits to The Brain Tumour Charity, a cause close to my heart. The more you use us, the more we can help them - it's a No Brainer!
